Black Cats Five Black Kittens
A bean pod bursts open and five black kittens pop out. They all look identical, but have different personalities: Swimmer, Climber, Scratcher, Jumper, and Wailer. They pool their individual talents to set out on a journey to find their mother. Their delightful and poetic adventure is told through illustrations painted with bold brushstrokes and gorgeous colors. The author, a well-known illustrator and graphic designer, passed away in 2008.
