おばあちゃんの家で中秋節を過ごすために、小さな女の子が母親とLRTに乗り、窓の外の風景を楽しみながら想像の物語を展開するお話である。駅に着き、列車の扉が開いたり閉じたりすると、絵は現実と女の子の想像の間で切り替わる。全体のストーリーは童謡やわらべうたのような形で繋がっており、絵には多くの中国国内外の名画が隠されている。子どもたちは繰りかえし読むことで名画を見つけるだけでなく、読書を通じて優れた芸術的な教養を得ることができる。
